These replacement foam filter blocks are designed to remove and capture particulates from aquarium water. This coarse, blue foam insert fits select Pro Clear wet/dry filters and sumps (such as Premier 75/125/200 Models and RedFlex 300/400/600 models - Depending on the size ordered), trapping uneaten food, plant matter, and waste before it reaches the biological media. By filtering out big debris and providing surface area for beneficial bacteria, the foam block helps maintain cleaner water and contributes to the aquarium’s overall filtration efficiency.
