We've made Returns and Exchanges super easy! Simply visit our Returns and Exchange Portal and input your Order ID and any other requested information and simply follow the Returns and Exchange process. This process automatically allows you to Exchange or Return your Return Eligible items instantly and a Return or Exchange Shipping Label will be emailed to you Free of cost.



1 Year Warranty

As part of our goal to reach a 100% customer satisfaction, Pet Life offers a 1-Year warranty on all purchases made directly through SHOP.PETLIFE.COM for Pet Life, Dog Helios, Touchdog,Touchcat brands.

Return Eligible items are automatically displayed during the Returns and Exchange Portal process. The 1-Year Warranty begins on the Date your order had been delivered or received.


Non Defective Products

Even if your item is Free of Manufacturer defects, we will accept your Return or Exchange within 30 days from the date that the product was purchased. Product must be in new condition in order for your return to be accepted.

Pet Life will automatically issue your refund or ship out your exchange once the item returned is received at our fulfillment center or warehouse. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.


Please note: Pet Life does not accept Returns on any Consumable Items (Food, Treats, Vitamins or Supplements) and on any liquid products (Shampoo's or Sprays).


Defective Products

If the item you received has any manufacturer defects or if the item received is not as described and you’re not completely satisfied with the product you received due to such issue, you can return them for either a refund, credit or exchange. We will pay for your return shipping hassle free and issue you a return label. We're all about keeping you happy as a customer and exceptional customer service.

Setting up a Return / Exchange

Submitting your Return is now made convenient and Easy.  Simply Click HERE and input your Order Number and any other identifiable information regarding your order (Such as your E-mail) select either Exchange or Return. Whether you're Returning or Exchanging your item a Return Label will be automatically generated for you for you to ship back. If you're exchanging your item we simply select Exchange and you can select any items to exchange that item for.

Once your item is Shipped and Received a Refund or Exchanged item will be automatically processed the same or next day your Return is received!

Return Eligible items are those purchased Brand Direct: Any items with the Brands listed below are eligible.


Purchases made outside this Website:

Any Purchases submitted outside of this website is by and between the seller and the purchaser. If you purchased a product from an outside physical retailer or outside online retailer we do not offer 1-year warranties or exchanges. Our customer Service Team only handles inquiries and matters relating to purchases made on website.
