1 Year Warranty
As part of our goal to reach a 100% customer satisfaction, Pet Life offers a 1 year warranty on all purchases made directly on our shop.petlife.com website. Should your product prove to be defective within 1 year from the date of purchase we will send you out a replacement unit at no additional cost.
Non Defective Products
For any Non-Manufacturer defects, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date that the product was purchased. Product must be in new condition in order for your return to be accepted.
Pet Life can only issue a refund or an exchange once the item returned is received at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
Setting up a Return/Exchange
To set up a return click here and select Returns and Exchanges. Be sure to put in your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We will send you a shipping label to send back the product at no cost to you provided that the return is within 30 days from the date of purchase. Expedited shipping services that were purchased are non-refundable.
Once we physically receive your return in our fulfillment warehouse we will issue you a refund or send out the exchange unit that you are requesting. We ask that you not send back any returned order without our initial approval.
If the item you received has any manufacturer defects or if the item received is not as described and you’re not completely satisfied with the product you received due to such issue, you can return them for either a refund, credit or exchange. We will pay for your return shipping hassle free and issue you a return label. We're all about keeping you happy as a customer and exceptional customer service.
Purchases made on any outside 3rd party retail presence or website:
Any Purchases submitted outside of our Manufacturer Direct website is by and between the seller and the purchaser. If you purchased a product from an outside physical retailer or outside online retailer we do not offer 1-year warranties unless purchased Manufacturer Direct.
